Wholesale Terms

1. Wholesale prices are subject to change.
2. Wholesale minimum total order quantity is twenty (20) units.
   
3. All wholesale orders are placed online and prepaid in full prior to shipment.
4. All in-stock wholesale items ship when fulfilled; backorders will be fulfilled once available.
5. Wholesale orders cannot be canceled after fulfillment or shipment has begun.

Wholesale Policies

Wholesale Shipping

All in-stock wholesale orders ship free within three (3) to five (5) business days from our overseas warehouse. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs clearance. Tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

Wholesale Returns

We accept returns of up to 25% of the original order quantity within thirty (30) days of purchase for wholesale store credit toward future orders. All returned items must be in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging. Store credit will be issued once the returned goods are received and inspected. Wholesale customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to the return.

Wholesale Exchanges

We accept exchanges of up to 25% of the original order quantity within sixty (60) days of purchase. All items must be in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and the wholesale customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning and receiving exchanged goods.

Wholesale Product Warranty

Each wholesale product is warranted against defects for one (1) year from the date of purchase, and any defective product will be replaced without charge. Claims must be made within seven (7) days of receiving goods.

How To Use

The Mini Egg Personal Alarm requires three (3) LR44 watch batteries (universal standard size watch batteries).

Attach the Mini Egg Alarm to your keychain, house keys, or belt loop or in your pocket or bag and retrieve when in danger.

Pull the rip-cord chain to activate the loud blaring 130-dB alarm. Push the rip-cord chain back into device to deactivate and turn off alarm.
